Welcome to Columbia Basin Technical Skills Center (CBTECH)! We are excited to partner with our students, families, and industry partners to provide an exceptional educational experience that prepares students for success beyond high school.
At CBTECH, we work closely with industry advisory boards to ensure our programs reflect current industry standards, workforce expectations, and the skills employers need. We measure our success not simply by course completion, but by student achievement and successful transitions into employment, military service, or postsecondary education.
We believe technical skills are only part of the equation. We uphold high standards for professional appearance, communication, responsibility, teamwork, and the soft skills that matter in every workplace. Our goal is to provide an excellent school culture, outstanding teachers, meaningful industry connections, and challenging, hands-on learning experiences that help students discover their potential and passion.
Ultimately, we want every student to leave CBTECH with the skills, confidence, work ethic, and professional habits necessary to take their next steps in life successfully.
