District Improvement

Dear Parent/Guardian:

In order for us to continue to improve as a school district and as a school, it is important for us to know how our parents/guardians regard the job we are doing in providing a quality education for all of our children. Your feedback is crucial for us to know what you consider our strengths and our opportunities for growth.  The best way to gather this information is to survey our parents/guardians using a survey developed by the Center of Educational Effectiveness (CEE), a Bellevue, WA-based research firm.

To gather this information we are asking that you take a few minutes to complete this very important confidential and anonymous survey.  The survey will only take about 10 minutes to complete.

Just click on this link to the parent survey to get started: bit.ly/22ParSur

This link will be active until December 9, 2022.

  • Choose your language preference on the opening page of the survey.

  • Select your student’s school. If you have children in multiple schools, complete one survey per school.

  • Complete the survey and click submit.

The information that CEE receives will be reported back to the district as a whole and each building will receive its specific profile data as well. This data will provide us with information to support our building school improvement plans as well as our district strategic planning.

All 4th - 12th grade student(s) will also receive the opportunity during the school day to give feedback anonymously and confidentially from their perspective at their school. This survey is in compliance with Policy 3232. If you wish to preview the questions that are on the student survey, please contact Nick Bontrager at the district office at [email protected] to arrange for a time to preview the questions. Students will be given the survey at their school sometime between the dates of November 14th and December 9th.

We value your input as we strive to continue to improve our schools.  Thank you for your feedback.

Sincerely,

Nick Bontrager
